답변[re] NAS II on a Mac
안녕하세요~ Mac User 고객님, ipTIME 기술팀 입니다.
Please, follow these steps.
1. open NAS configuration as a manager mode
2. go to ‘Advanced’ menu, and click the ‘RAID’ button
3. Make sure, you have two hard disks connected well. (if not, connect the hard disk separately to check hard disk compatibility)
4. Click the ‘Change RAID Mode’ button
5. Set the raid type as a JBOD or RAID’0’ and click ‘next’
6. The process may take from hours to finish depending on the drive size. Please wait patiently for the process to finish. Do NOT turn off the power of the NAS.
7. After RAID configuration has finished, it will restart the system. The new capacity is shown and the status is “installed”.
8. You can start to use the NAS.

I am using the web console. I have 2 x 2TB Seagate disks. I want to configure it with JBOD - to make a 4TB drive.
System Wizard only sets up one disk. When I go to RAID configuration and set it to JBOD, the HDD is not initialized. When I run System Wizard again, it reformats the disk, and turns off JBOD.
How can I configure it to keep JBOD? 감사합니다.
