안녕하세요~ 고객님, ipTIME 기술팀 입니다. 문의하신 내용에 답변 드리겠습니다. 해당 로그를 볼때 Root(/)폴더로 파일을 업로드한 것으로 보입니다. 당사의 나스는 Root 폴더에 write 할 수 없으며, 하위폴더인 HDD1 이나 VOL1 아래의 (생성된)공유폴더를 통해 쓰기를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

FTP server를 설정했는데, 미국에서 접속은 되는데 자료 upload시 error가 발생합니다. 그쪽에서 보내온 자료는 아래와 같습니다. 문제해결 부탁드립니다. We are able to connect but get a critical error when trying to transfer data.
