Since abnormal DDNS updates cause a lot of load on the server, we had no choice but to set up a restrictive policy. In your case, the external IP of the router was changed frequently, so the system blocked the registration. The maximum number of IP changes allowed is 30 per month. (ipTIME ddns service designed only for an one IP users) If you use IP range 110.87.0.0 to 110.87.255.255, it means your are using more than one IP. This is the reason your ddns registration become blocked again over time. Unfortunately you will no longer be able to use the ddns service and may need to find other DDNS services with ranged IP support.
